What Can I Do?


Here are some simple ideas to get you started. 

Try to do at least one every day.

After a while, kindness becomes a habit.

*Give a stranger a compliment.
*Mean it when you ask “How are you?”
*Make a funny face at a crying kid.
*If you see someone struggling, offer to help.
*Buy someone a gift, just because.
*Got a spare quarter?  Put it in parking meter. 
*Pouring yourself a drink or making a cup of coffee?  Make two.
*Pay for the person behind you in line.
*Smile.

*Hold the door.
*Hold the elevator.
*Introduce yourself in the elevator.
*Carry something heavy for someone.
*Tip big.
*Greet people warmly.
*Say “Thank you,” and mean it.
*Apologize quickly and be sincere.
*Forgive even faster.
*Celebrate the happiness and success of others.
